Impact Partnership Grant Program  - Letter of Inquiry

As Maps Community Foundation expands the scale of its give-back efforts, we are making larger investments in significant community projects, such as nonprofit capital campaigns and high-impact collaborative initiatives. The focus is on projects where Maps can make a larger investment and develop a longer-term partnership, often including Maps employee engagement.

Application Process and Criteria:

  • Initial inquiries can be submitted for consideration via this LOI form.
  • After initial review, invited organizations will be asked to submit a full grant proposal; guidelines to be provided.
  • Only local nonprofit organizations serving Marion and/or Polk counties are eligible to apply.
  • At this time, Impact Partnership grants are primarily for one-time capital projects that will have a long-term positive community impact.
  • One-time and multi-year requests for funding will be considered.
  • Eligible projects must relate to at least one of the three MCF impact areas: education, economic empowerment, and/or vibrant communities.
  • Statewide or National organizations are generally not considered unless they have a strong Marion and/or Polk County presence.
  • Maps will not fund individuals, religious or political activities.
